Engineer Nooralden Najdeah graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering, distinguished by his academic excellence and hands-on involvement throughout his studies. During his university years, he focused on building a strong professional network and gaining practical knowledge that prepared him to enter the job market with confidence. Alongside his technical expertise, he developed early management and leadership skills that laid the foundation for his remarkable professional career.

He began his journey in Jordan, where he worked for more than 8 years in the renewable energy sector, moving across design, implementation, supervision, sales, and management. During this time, he contributed to medium- and large-scale projects with three different companies, gaining well-rounded and comprehensive experience in this vital field.

Driven by his pursuit of excellence, he earned prestigious professional certifications from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), becoming a Certified Energy Manager (CEM™️) and a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA™️).

Beyond fieldwork, he founded an educational platform specializing in energy and engineering, which has reached over 21,000 students from 30 countries worldwide through online courses, university lectures, and professional workshops. He is known for delivering content that blends academic knowledge with real-world project experience.
